Additionally, Mayor Mr. Tiwari had been actively involving in political and social sector from his early student life. He has established the Sahid Haridutta Smirti Pratisthan (named after his father: Martyr) that works on education, disability, health sector and to uplift the socioeconomic status of rural people. He actively involved to distribute relief fund during COVID pandemics and flood emergency in Phalewas Municipality. He established necessary funds in 11 different schools in Phalewas Municipality.  He was the president of Shankarpokhari Multiple Campus, Parbat from 2060 to 2078 BS. During his tenure there, the campus started secondary level and bachelor level program.
